October was a period of incredible growth for TAAL, marked by exciting changes in our executive team and measurable business developments in-line with our strategic vision.  We wanted to share a few highlights across the company from the past month:

We welcomed Chris Naprawa as our new president.

Mr. Naprawa  brings extensive institutional capital markets and start-up technology experience to TAAL, which he will leverage to manage the company’s finance function, including investor relations and capital markets strategy.  Mr. Naprawa is currently Chairman of Khiron Life Sciences Corp. (TSXV:KHRN), and was previously President of Khiron for the two years prior where he led the company through raising over $80 million in equity financings.  Before Khiron, he was a Partner at Sprott Capital Partners, Managing Director at Primary Capital, Head of Equity Sales and Trading at Dundee Securities, and Head of Equity Sales at Macquarie Canada.  Mr. Naprawa was also founder and CEO of STARTcast Solutions, a software company successfully sold to a large Canadian telecommunications company after 2 years of operations.

We made several new additions to our executive team.

Mr. Stefan Matthews, the Chairman of the board of directors of TAAL, has stepped into the position of Chief Executive Officer of the company.  In his new role as Executive Chairman and CEO, Mr. Matthews will relocate and work from the Zug, Switzerland offices, which TAAL opened this past September.  There, he will oversee the building of the Swiss team, and lead TAAL through its next stage of development.  In addition, Mr. Jerry Chan has stepped into the role of Chief Product Officer, where he will leverage his deep understanding of BSV to drive the product vision of TAAL, strengthening TAAL’s commercial capabilities.

Investors can now view TAAL’s Investor Deck.

For existing and potential new investors please review our Investor Deck outlining how TAAL is the only publicly traded BitcoinSV company that is building blockchain transaction processing solutions for enterprise clients and the world. Questions can be addressed by scheduling a meeting with Investor Relations (matthew@taal.com).

We partnered with UNISOT to facilitate enterprise level blockchain transaction processing.

UNISOT is a supply chain management solution for enterprises of all sizes and industries, solving the problem of secure and cost-effective information exchange using BSV.  Through the partnership, TAAL’s Transaction Processing services will enable UNISOT to process important blockchain transactions in a controlled and secure manner, guaranteeing that their enterprise customers can rely on secure and stable processing of transactions.

Another highlight is our recent opening of our new office in Zug, Switzerland. This new IP division will focus on research and developing new technologies on BSV, and we’re pleased to welcome several new additions to that team, including:

    • Chief Compliance Officer, Delphine Forma
    • Frank Dickob, VP Project Officer
    • Bettina Humphrey, Human Capital Manager
    • Dean Rakic, Chief Scientist
